Hifdhy
A complete hifz platform madrasahs subscribe to, from the teacher's morning register to the TV on the classroom wall.
Hifdhy is our own product. It tracks every student's Qur'an memorisation from the first page to the thirtieth juz, and gives every person around them their own view: teachers, parents, students, department leads, principals and the office. We designed and built all of it, brand and logo included, and we run it for the madrasahs that use it.

01 · The challenge
Hifz was tracked in notebooks and on paper registers. A teacher listening to 20 to 40 students had no fast way to record each recitation. Parents rarely knew how their child was doing until report day, para tests moved between teachers and department leads by word of mouth, and nobody could see which students were quietly slipping until it showed in a test.
02 · What we built
We built the whole product around the teacher's morning: a class register that shows everyone at a glance and a lesson sheet that takes seconds, even on patchy signal. Everything else grows from that one log. Parents see each day's grades and notes the same evening and log practice at home. Para tests are booked, marked question by question and recorded. Leadership gets at-risk flags, retention by juz and reports that send themselves. Merits, badges, streaks and a live board on the classroom TV give students something to aim for. Progress is counted in lines of the madrasah's own printed mushaf, and each madrasah runs on its own branding, settings and domain.

The Hifdhy identity
We drew the mark and the wordmark from scratch. The calligraphy inks in from the bottom, the way the brand moves everywhere, beside the Forest and mint palette and the type.

Quick Log puts the student, the lesson and the grades in one sheet, with the lesson filled in where it can be. Drafts survive a dropped connection.

A brand built for it
A calligraphy mark drawn as a drop of ink, a Forest and mint palette and a rounded type that reads well on a phone. The same identity runs through the app, the emails, the splash screen and every certificate.

One product, many madrasahs
Each madrasah gets its own theme, grading settings and data, kept separate. It installs like an app and sends push notifications.
