Quwwat
Six organisations, one platform. A site for every arm, one login for every family, an app for every member of staff, and one admin behind it all.
Quwwat in Preston runs a masjid, a madrasah, Little Sparkles Nursery, Maktoom (a SEND madrasah), an academy and a charitable foundation. Over a thousand pupils, hundreds of families, staff across six sites and a community that gives every week. We built the platform all of it runs on.

01 · The challenge
Each arm had grown its own tools. Donations lived on one website, membership on another, the madrasah on a third-party system, and nursery admissions, staff leave, Nikah bookings, funerals and school visits ran on paper, spreadsheets and the phone. Families juggled several logins, the office kept four back offices, and nothing knew that the parent paying fees at the counter was the same member giving after Jumu'ah.
02 · What we built
We replaced all of it with one platform on quwwat.org.uk, built service by service from a single fundraising campaign in May 2026. Every arm has its own themed public site. Families get one portal for children, fees, absences, applications, membership and giving. Staff get an app for registers, door sign-in, leave, sickness, cover and training. The office gets one admin for the register, fee ledgers, admissions, bookings, campaigns and communications, with a counter mode for the front desk. Behind it, twenty scheduled jobs charge fees, chase reminders, reconcile payments and tidy data so nobody has to.
